Store Policy 


On booking a wedding date for Suits a minimum deposit of £300 is required 

Once all men have been fitted wedding bookings must bring their overall deposit up to a minimum of 50% With the remainder then being paid upon the grooms final fitting. Weddings cannot be finalised until balances have been paid unfortunately 
Final fittings for grooms we suggest 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding and for groomsmen 8-12 weeks prior for fittings 
All Deposits on weddings are non – refundable and non- transferable 
A store credit may be issued at the discrepancy of the owners based on individual circumstances 
On suits to purchase a deposit of 50% is required to order and secure the suits.  The balance is then payable on final fittings 
All wedding balances must be paid in full once men’s fittings have been completed in store( including Hire Suits & Suits to Purchase ) . In the event that a wedding is postponed or cancelled a store credit or date transfer may be offered at the discretion of management
A £200 refundable security deposit is applicable on all weddings.  This will be returned once all items including hangers have been returned to the store in good condition and fully checked by a member of staff   
Lost items and damages must be paid for Immediately.  ( these items will be charged at full RRP) Late returns will incur a fee unless previously agreed by management 
This store operates an exchange or store credit on all goods. These items must be returned with tags, lapels and unopened within 14 days to qualify for an exchange. Once an item has left the store it is non – refundable.  Zero exceptions will be made. 

All sale items or reduced garments are non refundable and non exchangeable 
Wedding suits to hire based on normal circumstances are issued 2 days prior to the wedding date and should be returned on the Monday following the wedding.  Eg. For all Friday and Saturday weddings Monday is your return day unless previously agreed by the management. Late returns will incur a late returns fee 
All items should be returned on hangers supplied and in the suit carrier provided. Failure to do this will result in automatic forfeit of your security deposit and zero exceptions will be made. All suits must be returned in acceptable condition or again your security deposits will be forfeited! No suits will be accepted back in plastic bags , bin bags or via hand. Your security fee will be void if items arnt returned in acceptable format and zero exceptions will be made 
Prices of all goods including alterations etc are determined by store management at the time of sale and include vat. No vat is charged on Boyswear items 
Single tuxedo hire suits requires full Payment to reserve the suit and a  security deposit of £50 in order to reserve a suit for the required date 

All suits including hire and purchase must be paid in full in order to reserve and also to allow the necessary alterations to be finalised 

On special orders , full payment is required and refunds or exchanges will not be permitted unfortunately due to items having to be ordered in 

Any suits that have been altered or have tags missing will not be available for exchange or refund. 

For hygiene reasons and resale purposes all shirts are non refundable and cannot be exchanged once they are opened and the packaging seals have been removed! No exceptions will be made 

Any abusive or foul language will result in the customer being asked to leave the store premises. The company operates a zero tolerance approach towards any form of abusive behaviour and their staff
