What is the recommended time required to book suits prior to a wedding?  

We recommend 6 - 12 months as a good time frame for booking your wedding suits. 

Groomsmen fittings are then carried out 12 weeks prior to the wedding date.

Is it a good idea to make an appointment, or do i just call in?

Yes. Bookings for Tuesday Evening & Saturdays are essential.  However you can call in at anytime Monday to Friday

Monday to Saturday: 10am - 5.30pm
Tuesday 10am - 9pm 

 

How many days before the wedding will I get my suits? 

Usually you will collect suits 2 days prior to the wedding but this can be negotiated based on individual requirements 

 

Does the groom have to be different to the other groomsmen? 

This is up to each individual, everyone can dress the same however it is a popular theme for the groom to stand out from other individuals by means of changing ties, waistcoats and even different suits in modern times

Do you supply Children’s wear?  

Yes.  The majority of suits have coordinating pageboy outfits and we also have a brand new boys suit range designed for Ages 1- 16 in a wide variety of colours 

 

Do all the members of my wedding party need to come to the shop for the fittings?

Yes.  All members of the wedding party need to be fitted.  On your first visit to select suits we recommend that the Bride and Groom come with possibly the best man. If any member of the wedding party is not local then we would ask for a measurement to be sent over, when they arrive they will be fitted even if this should be on the week of the wedding. All alterations are carried out by our very own dressmakers in store 

 

Do i require a deposit?

Yes. To book and secure your wedding suits we ask that couples leave a deposit Depending on the number of men in the wedding party this can be between £100-£200. Payment can be made in cash, credit card or online. The balance is due on the day of collection of suits. A payment plan is also available.

 

Can you colour co-ordinate with the Bride and brides-maids colours?

This is entirely up to each individual. Some couples choose to match colours while others go for more neutral tones depending on the suits and other factors.

 

Do you supply accessories?

Yes.  All wedding suits come with brand new shirts as standard, ties, pocket squares and cuff links. We also have a fantastic range of shoes and belts available to purchase. 

 

What styles & colours of men's suits do you stock?

We stock an extensive range of suits for weddings, formals , black tie evening wear and also business suits. Styles range from ultra modern checks, Tweeds and super slim fits to the more traditional classic fits. We cover almost all colours imaginable in our store so choice is never a problem and our expert team with many years of expertise will always be at hand to offer advice.
